But to be honest getting a healer's attention and getting them to numb your pain is probably better. Technically speaking there's no difference in getting help from me and getting help from SensitIV.
I don't trust them either but they're not actually likely to ask you for something in return.

No one is saying you have to rely on them exclusively. But they are around right this moment and they are taking patients so, just take advantage of that.
