But that would probably just exacerbate the problem rather than solve it. Not to mention put undue burden on our colleagues at pep!pep!

How about dragging him to the deadzone so his abilities don't work and then tying him up? I'm sure you could all dig a ditch to throw him in or something. Nobody's going to go looking if he's an asshole.
