[ There is a slow blink as Zhongli visibly forces himself not to respond to that with an offer of aid. Childe says he is fine, so fine he probably is.

Instead he continues to keep pace beside him. ]

Slowing down just a little to pluck a flower from the ground before he catches up to Childe. ]

[ he doesn’t seem to notice that zhongli has fallen behind, or perhaps he doesn’t care, and instead he keeps walking... letting his thoughts swirl as he considers just heading back to cupcake to rest. ]

All while keeping close to Childe and letting him wander to his heart's content. ]
