[ pulls him into a hug and then lifts him off his feet. ] Of course it matters. It's like any other holiday, except even more special, because it's a day about you.

... I thought I should tell you because you'd care. I see that was right.

[ childe sets scara down and takes his chin in hand, tipping his head back, so they can meet each other's eyes. ] Of course I'd care. You're important to me, as is every single aspect of you. I'm going to spoil you, not... not that that's really too different from any other day, but... I'll do whatever you say! How about that? And later I'll make you a cake, and some tea, and we'll cuddle and I'll tell you how great you are and how much I love you.

[ he's blushing a little but then he just smiles softly ]

If you let me give you orders all day it's going to be dangerous for you, you know.

Ha! you know I laugh in the face of danger. [ gives him a stupid grin. ]

Then for your first order, you have to give me a kiss.

[ childe leans down and loops an arm around scara's waist, tugging him closely, so that he can join their lips together for a kiss... one that he deepens mere moments later. ]

[ Well. He's not against that at all, so he kisses him back with the same intensity, letting out a soft noise against his lips and bringing his arms around him ]

...mm. [ he moves his hand to the back of his head to keep the kiss going a little longer, his lungs eventually beginning to burn, but it's fine. he breaks it and chuckles breathlessly, dropping a kiss on scara's forehead. ] Love you. Oh, and happy birthday.

[ he licks his lips as soon as he pulls out, considering being naughty again, but eventually deciding against it ]

Since you're going to spoil me, why not take me shopping again?

Sure thing. I'll buy you whatever you like. How about a couple of outfits? [ going to pick scaramouche up. ] I bet there's tons of new clothes at the mall now too, since they're probably getting ready for spring.

A few new clothes sound just fine. I wonder if I should get something sexy for you.

Hmmmmmmmmm. [ childe smirks, starting for the mall. ] How about a leash and collar for me to start. And maybe a few belts. I don't need much. I really do think the main event should be you.
