[He holds his arms out wide and various arcane symbols fill the room. They are exceedingly intricate and rotate in their own ways. Caeli will feel the device with him hum with a similar energy resonating with the magic around him.]

No. I don’t mind this. I think it’s fascinating. I had a problem with people grabbing at my soul, and groping around inside of me without my damn permission. But things have changed… for some people at least.

You have enough aether to sustain you for long beyond your mortal years. The difficulty is its alignment.

[The various sigils turn different colors, and he starts to move and rotate them. At times he even swaps them out for other arcane symbols. Truthfully, it looks like a big 3D puzzle of getting everything to align.]

Go to far in any one direction, and your aether will overcompensate. That is why you feel terrible. Go too far over in any direction, and well, you'll turn into a monster of that aspect.

[As each piece starts to get into the correct place, the pressure in his chest will feel lighter, like he can breathe more easily.]

Abyss and Hell, negative though they may be, are not inherently evil either. 'Tis status and ruin we place on them giving judgement were none is warranted.

But they certainly are more volatile than the other elements.

[The runes still flicker in the air as he does a few minor adjustments here and there.]

For me? Well if there was aught you would do for me, I do wish you would watch over Mochi as you do. I am worried about him.

Not evil, no, but both of them are places that humans shouldn't go to, at least if they don't want to be hurt in some way. The abyss erodes a person and hell corrupts a person. Both generally aren't good. Maybe a stronger person could avoid either, but... that's what I'm working on being. Stronger.

Not in so many words, but the removal of Gojo's heart injured him more than he is letting on along with his worries over you. He rarely asks me for favors, but he did ask that I watch over you as you were in a less than presentable state.

And now that you are healed, you two should enjoy each other's company. Make him forget about all this. I think you both would enjoy it.

I have heard of Visions and Delusions, but not Illusions themselves. What are they?

I can cast basic illusions. [ several other kitsune caelis appear in the room. ] And I can change some of the things around us, but I'm not that proficient at it. It's not a skill I can keep up for too long.

And here I thought you were talking about another source of your magics. What a relief.

I can create shadow forms among others. It should not be too hard to teach.

[He puts Caeli down so he can look at all the multiples.]

No no. I think Mochi would kill me if I took on another. [ x: a shame he can't say no to power, ... ] But I have a number of abilities that I got from ascending. I just... don't use them often. Being able to cast illusions is one of them. As is being able to shapeshift. I usually only use it for this. [ becoming fox! ] But I can do only one other thing with it. And then there's my own special brand of fire, but... I have a pyro delusion, so... [ shrug. ]

[ going to do his best to follow emet's instruction. watch him have fiery tails!! not really, but it certainly looks like it. and maybe once he gets better he can actually have real burning tails. right now the best he can do is color their tips. ]

[ he shakes his head. ] Thankfully not. It's got to do with the elemental I'm currently in tune with. Normally they'll be blue and purple, since my Vision is Hydro and my given Delusion is Electro... but if I use another element they'll change to that color. [ or if he's trying to tune to somebody else, then they can change to colors representing them. ]

I'm learning from the best, so clearly I'll have no problems becoming one of the best.
