[ he's doing his own run for supplies for the rest of the team and has clearly seen the two of them, but you know what.
He's going to stand to the side for a little to see what they're doing. He can tell Childe spotted him but Wanderer didn't, so he's just smiling and standing aside while SPYING THEM - not quite hiding but not interrupting either
...shutup Wanderer. [ he huffs, folding his arms and turning somewhat away from him, because he doesn't even want to SEE what he's looking at. no matter what the 'surprise' is going to be terrible. ]
[ when he sees yuuri he feels trapped. now no matter where he looks he's dying. he decides to set a hand to his face and turn his gaze to the floor. your fox lost a bet, yuuri. ] Just... just hurry up and pick something.
[ He's collected some strips of red fabric, though he makes a show of deliberating over the muzzles clearly meant for dogs. ] Telling me to shut up, and now you're trying to rush me? I knew you wouldn't be able to keep your mouth shut.
[ Wanderer turns to hold up both options - the muzzle or fabric gag. No, he still hasn't seen Yuuri yet, and yes he still looks absolutely insufferably full of himself. ] I'm feeling generous, so I'll let you pick. Which one would you prefer?
[ childe opens his mouth, but then closes it, because riiiight. he's not allowed to talk. dammit. maybe wanderer was right. he looks annoyed and makes a face, his tail shooting straight up as yuuri finally decides to approach. ]
[ does he have to answer that? ]
[ he points at yuuri and then the two items. yuuri can pick. childe doesn't want to embarrass himself by picking the muzzle. ]
[ He jolts in surprise when Yuuri reveals himself because it feels a little like being caught with his pants down... but he regains his composure as Childe tries to avoid answering. ]
Oh, no. You don't get to ask for help. Pick one.
[ Wanderer glances to Yuuri. ] He lost to me, so he's not allowed to talk. I thought these might make it easier.
Really? And here I thought it was a different kind of play.
[ It's not like it would be against either his or Childe's tastes, after all, so it seemed to make sense that they would be looking for something spicy ]
But a victory is a victory. Kazuki is right, Tartaglia. You have to pick one.
[ at yuuri's comment childe's face scrunches and he shakes his head, folding his arms. he even mouths 'no'... in case he didn't get the hint. he turns back to wanderer and looks at the two options, his ears turning down as he points to the muzzle. there. HAPPY? ]
[ Wanderer's face scrunches at Yuuri's words exactly as Childe's does. ]
It's not like that- [ Though he cuts himself off, like he's offended at how quickly Childe shot that idea down. ] Ha? What are you trying to deny it now for, you brat? After how much you said you were into this...
[ He rolls his eyes and discards the fabric, holding up the muzzle. ] How am I not surprised. [ To Yuuri: ] Do you muzzle him often?
[ HE HATES THAT HE CAN'T TALK. he looks a mix of frustrated, embarrassed, and flustered. his tail is bristled, snapping back and forth as he looks between the two of them almost helplessly. HE'S RIGHT HERE! he can HEAR you! ]
[ his face colors despite his best efforts to remain looking ticked. he averts his eyes when yuuri grabs his chin and though he wants to pull away he knows he shouldn't. he just grumbles, looking to wanderer as yuuri accuses them of having similar tastes. ]
[ He purses his lips at Yuuri’s insinuation that they share tastes, because he knows how true that is, but he really doesn’t want to admit to it with Childe watching him like that. ]
Some, maybe. [ He mutters, taking the muzzle to put it over Childe’s head now that Yuuri has conveniently brought his face closer. ]
[ 'some'. childe gets the feeling it's more than wanderer is letting on, but he can't say anything to tease him, because he's not allowed to talk. he does the next best thing though, and smirks obnoxiously as his tail snaps back and forth like he's trying to imply yeah, we all knew it's true. ]
[ once the muzzle is on his ears go flat and he has to refrain from rolling his eyes, especially when yuuri addresses him and tells him to basically be good. he gives a small nod, eying wanderer. how long does he have to wear this stupid thing anyway? ]
[ How did this backfire on him? He just kind of sputters wordlessly in response to Yuuri, and Childe's obnoxious smile just has him even more flustered. With a huff, he pulls the straps on the muzzle extra tight for that. ] How can you say that so calmly...
[ He clears his throat in an attempt to regain his composure. ] ...he owes me at least a day of silence, but maybe if he behaves I'll take it off early.
[ Oh ... what a lucky day. He gets to see Childe with a muzzle on, and gets to see Kazuki get all embarrassed too. The smirk on his face makes it VERY obvious he's enjoying both of those things ]
I don't mind sharing the things I enjoy with you. And Tartaglia already knows, so of course it's easy to say. Maybe I'd like to know what else you enjoy too.
[ seeing wanderer flustered has childe looking real smug. ha! good. he deserves th- !!! his ears shoot up as yuuri mentions sharing the things he like. does he mean... him?! his face colors and he looks aside, the color on his cheeks darkening as he brings up the silence. tch. wanderer's just being a BRAT. ]
[ That smirk isn't helping him seem like he's totally not affected by any of this, and neither is the way Childe looks at him. But he's determined to at least be more composed than Childe in a muzzle is, even though his mind goes to... roughly the same place. ]
...I only bet silence because he was being annoying, and I knew he'd hate this.
Oh, would you? Is there anything else you wouldn't you mind sharing?
... mmm. I suppose it depends. I can be very possessive. And there are things I'm staking my claim on.
But you are very special to me. So I'm naturally inclined to be generous. If there's something you want me to share, I would be willing to listen to your request.
[ he glances at Childe, absolutely knowing where his mind is going, and so very clearly doing this kind of talk on purpose ]
Maybe we could even see how long he'd be able to stay silent for.
[ h- hey. is this going to turn into a bully childe session... y'know, even more than it already has. he looks between the two of them briefly before his eyes land on wanderer, curious about how he's going to answer. ]
[ this is unfair! he takes a measured step back... or, rather, he would have if yuuri didn't grab his chin to keep him in place as he kisses the muzzle. he steels his expression, his eyes, once again, flickering between them. ] ... [ is that okay? he tilts his head only slightly before giving a nod. ]
[ but also, HEY, he is NOT about to pop. screw you, wanderer, he'll outlast the both of you. s- somehow. probably not. but he's still got to try, so he can impress yuuri. and maybe wanderer a little. ]
He looks better like this, I'll give you that much.
[ Though the question does seem to knock his composure slightly as well, glancing from Yuuri to Childe... is that okay? Is it really? His gaze lingers on Yuuri for a beat before he returns his attention to Childe. ]
...hah, how greedy. Is that an answer we should reward him for?
Re: day 7/8. whatever ends up working better.

what are you two up to this time ]

I'm curious too. Which one do you like more?

Re: day 7/8. whatever ends up working better.
[ he even walks up to them, joining properly so he can reach for Childe's chin ]
Enough that I wouldn't be too surprised if you did decide to go for that kind of play. We probably do share some tastes and I know Tartaglia's.
Re: day 7/8. whatever ends up working better.

Re: day 7/8. whatever ends up working better.
[ whether it's on all aspects or not, who knows. But this is a little fun for him too, so he's more than happy indulging and teasing Childe ]
Now we just have to see how long he can stay without letting his words out, mm? Can you do that for him?

[ He glances over at Childe... and he can't help smirking at him. That's a good expression on him. ]
Oh..? That does seem like it'd be fun. Easy, too. Look at him, he's already about to snap.
Re: day 7/8. whatever ends up working better.

Do you want to be shared?

Though he always is. My good, reliable knight.
But I think you should be the one to give him that reward.
