[ there is a very long pause at that ]

[ ohno, that's cute. he sets the sandwich aside to grab five into another kiss. what if we make out instead of eating? ]

[ well he won't turn out makeouts. There's a surprised noise when he pulls him into the kiss but he returns it immediately, his hand moving to the back of his neck like he can pull him any closer ]

I hope you don't mind if I monopolize all of your time for today, sensei. Maybe after breakfast we can just... go for a walk...

Oh I'll have to clear my very busy schedule of doing absolutely nothing worthwhile at all.

[ he's going to quickly cram the rest of the sandwich into his mouth, which proves to be a bad idea, because it's peanut butter and marshmallow and it's incredibly hard to choke down... BUT AT LEAST HE'S GOT THE COFFEE. ]

You can have the eggs, sensei, hurry and eat them, so I can get dressed and we can go.

[ he's actually cracking a small smile, both at Childe's eagerness and at the fact that, well. he actually ate it all. So he'll reach for the eggs and start eating ]

And where are we going to walk to?

I didn't really have anything specific in mind. Just walking alongside you is going to be enough for me. [ drapes himself over five and watches him finish off the eggs. ] You want the remainder of the coffee?

[ Oh. Cute. He likes that, and he brings his hand to his chin so he can give him a quick kiss before he reaches for the coffee and finishes it ]

You know, I was ready to actually offer you a match if you needed it to cheer up. But a walk around the place sounds just as good.

You can't take that back you know. We're going to have a fight, at least at some point today. I want to see sensei come at me with everything he's got... but we can go on the walk first. I think I need to clear my head anyway.

[ he just laughs, and will move away from him once he's done with the meal ]

I'd say I might be rusty since I haven't fought others for fun in, well. Forever. But no, I'll still wipe the floor with you.

[ The kiss makes his cheeks go pink just as much as the call out on the fact he'll likely enjoy it, but he clears his throat, trying to hide it as best as he can.

Honestly, it's good to see him in better spirits, so he won't complain too much ]

[ Once childe has finished getting dressed it's his turn to reach for his hand to take, keeping the hold Just Like That as he tug him outside ]

[ He glances at him, like there's something else on his mind that he wants to say, but it takes him a few moments before he talks at all ]

I don't want to ruin your mood, now that it has improved, but still. I do cherish you greatly. And it infuriates me that you had to experience something like that. Needless to say I will not be asking you to play with collars and leashes for a while.

...I appreciate that, sensei, a lot, but I... wouldn't mind trying to get past this with your help. I don't think I'd feel comfortable doing that sort of thing with just anybody and I'd rather not let that be something that holds me back, if that makes sense. I hate having weaknesses, even if this isn't 'technically' one. It's something that can be used against me. [ frowns. ] So... maybe at some point we can... try it...

You don't have to push yourself because you think it's a weakness, you know. Some people are just not into that sort of play and you can get away with saying just that if it ever comes up in here.
