Is sensei going with you? and... I'm assuming that I'll only be able to go once I graduate, myself. I doubt I can decide I want a vacation from this stupid place to see you, huh?

Luckily until that time you can simply send me a message and I will be here. There are others here I still wish to look after, yourself included, so I will come by time to time.

Is there anything you'd like to do before you go?

I do hope so. I am tired of all of this. But I made promises and will not go back on keeping them until I am fully in the grave.

[He ruffles his hair though to keep the mood light.]

You will have to find a way of dragging me to the snow. Either here or to the mountain. But that is a problem for a later time. Shall we focus on the here and now?

It seems rather peaceful. I'm almost sad you had to leave it behind.

...even if I hadn't been pulled here it's not like I got to go home all that often. I'm out in other nations on missions. I only get to stop in for a couple of weeks, if even, in between them. The last time I stopped by my parent's house was because one of my fellow Harbingers died and I went back to Snezhnaya for her funeral.

I knew what I was getting into when I became a Harbinger. But I believe in her Majesty and her goal. I want to see it through to the end with her.

But, yes, we can all go ice fishing together. I'm sure my siblings would love trying to climb all over you, and I do hope you'll indulge them in a couple of stories from your own star.

Grin and bear it, he says. I would adore your family. Each and everyone. Why, I'm sure I can turn them against you in a teasing like manner.

I know you would, and I know they would adore you in turn. I'm sure you and my mother would get along like a couple of old friends... and I don't doubt that you'd both be able to embarrass me within minutes. [ shuts his eyes, the pawing becoming more like clinging. ] ...I'm sure too, honestly. [ said a touch more quietly. ]

Besides, I want to see you cook when all the local ingredients are at your fingertips.

[ he falls silent for a few minutes. losing zhongli had been terrible, but at least there was a chance he could come back. this is... this is different. hades and five are going for good. and until he graduates he just... not going to be able to spend time with them like he used to. he clenches his jaw, nodding along with what he's saying. he'd answer, but his voice would betray him and likely crack. he's not okay. ]
