Valour 5: It was my first few days and I stuck to hand kisses. But the second one I only kissed the people I cared about.

[ He'll get there shortly after - having taken a potion as promised. There's a mistletoe game going on so surely if he's seen leaning in to kiss Caeli as soon as he gets there, it's no problem, right? So he does that ]

In public where we can be seen, yes.

Right now everything seems overwhelming because it's raw. And dying is never going to be easy. But there will be good moments to balance the shitty ones.

I do. I don’t want to kiss just anybody. And kissing for points just makes me think about people who sell affection and attention and [ he trails off and crinkles his nose. whores, basically. ] I know I’m not the most experienced person when it comes to any of this, but… I just like the idea of it being… special? Having some sort of meaning? …I don’t know. [ shrugs, and leans five into his room and to the plate with the fox constellation on it. ]

I think that makes sense. On my first game I gave hand kisses to people, but by the time the second one rolled out that gesture had a different significance to me, so I didn't want to do it with just about anyone. And normal kisses or hugs were of course out of the question.

Some things are just meant to be special.

It feels like we’re the minority… but I’m glad I’m not the only one that’s not exactly interested in this kind of thing.

Do you want me to change into something you can ride, so we can get there faster, or will you be able to stifle your complaints long enough for us to walk hand in hand?

You know I could make a tasteless joke and say I could ride you exactly as you are already.

But no, we can walk there. I'd rather walk holding your hand than getting there faster.

[ that helps, especially with the drop, and though he'll keep one hand in Childe's, his other will just cling to that coat like that'll help get him warmer ]
